Zakynthos. Tot siens, Sullivan.

16 Mei 2018. Woensdag.

Baie dankie daarvoor.

Best experience

Sailing Maja, especially the one hour under sail, enjoying the feel of steering her. Even just sitting behind the wheel with a coffee, water flowing by, the wind and sun and the constant interaction with my friendly electronic guide.

Dining out on board with Marietjie’s lovely food.

Best place.

Not easy, but I loved Spartakhori probably  because it was so unexpected, the lazy line mooring guided by Bapis, the village walk, the lovely curio shop, the first shower and a great meal in a wonderful setting. It set the scene for the week.

Hi Marietjie and Archie
Thank you both for a wonderful 10 days full of exciting adventures. It was a very special time for me, away from my "normal life" and being able to completely relax with you guys - at least after the initial "shock" of getting used to Maja’s rules.
Thank you for sharing your lives and Maja and making me so welcome. I’m sure it can’t be that easy having a stranger right in your living space. Very much appreciated
Thanks Archie for the invitation to reunite after so many years. Quite amazing that we could simply pick up after 30 odd years. Thanks Marietjie for making me so welcome.
The food was great and I enjoyed it all from the crazy braai on 45 degree rocks to our last supper at Madison’s. And especially the "dining on board" a la Marietjie.
I look forward to welcoming you to our home in Cape Town in the not too distant future.
I wish you both lots of happiness and fun as you continue to explore the Med. Take care.
Lots of love.
